About Me
Hi, I’m Ava Cohen
I’m a product leader, mentor, coach, gamer, and yoga teacher – a blend that may sound unusual, but has shaped the way I help product teams and leaders thrive.
Over the past 20 years, I’ve experienced every corner of the high-tech world, with a deep focus on gaming: from global corporations to seed-stage startups, from B2C to B2B and everything in between. I’ve built and led product teams, shaped visions from scratch, and brought products to life that reached millions of users. I’ve been part of companies raising their first rounds, and part of a company acquired for $100M.
In the last five years, I’ve dedicated a significant part of my work to mentoring and coaching. I’ve guided dozens of product managers as they grew into confident, high-impact leaders. I’ve worked with founders and teams to clarify vision and mission, translate strategy into practice, and create the kind of alignment that moves products – and people – forward.
My approach is grounded not only in product excellence but also in mindset. As a yoga teacher, I often return to the principle Sthira Sukham Asanam: strong, yet flexible. To me, this is the heart of great product leadership. Strength of vision, clarity, and conviction – paired with the flexibility to adapt, explore, and evolve. With practice, we become both stronger and more open. This is true in yoga, in product craft, and in the way teams grow.
